What is PALM?
The PALM Initiative is designed to promote, educate, and provide commercial electricity consumers of Pennsylvania a program to:
- Reduce emissions through energy conservation measures
- Educate commercial consumers to lower their electric bills
- Register and trade Renewable Energy Credits (RECs)
